AIML@TU

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Club

AIML@TU is a student-led community for artificial intelligence and machine learning research, innovation, and discourse at The University of Tulsa. Founded in Fall 2024, the club brings together enthusiasts and critical thinkers from every discipline. For students in all majors and programs and from freshmen to PhD candidates, AIML@TU is a place to learn how AI works, use it responsibly, and think honestly about both its promise and its risks. Members gather monthly over lunch for flash research talks, hands-on workshops, and conversations with faculty and industry guests. The club hosts TU's 24-hour Hurricane Hackathon, leads the campus-wide Multi-Club Mashup, and fosters collaboration on student-built projects and tools like Hurricane Heartbeat, a live map and event finder for campus. No prior experience is required, only curiosity and an open mind.
