What is the Multi-Club Mashup?
The Multi-Club Mashup is TU's premier student collaboration festival. 15-20 student organizations come together for one evening of interactive activities, food, prizes, and cross-campus connections. MCM III builds on two successful events with an even bigger, more energetic experience.

AIML Club handles the logistics so collaborating clubs can focus on their activities. Here's what we need from you:
1. Communicate
- Send us your club logo and information
- Join the MCM Planning Discord channel
- Repost our event announcements on Instagram
- Build buzz about the event in your regular club meetings
- Help spread the word on campus
2. Participate
Choose one or both types of activities to show what your club is about.
Background Activities
Running throughout the evening for self-guided participation
Example: Board games, gaming stations, project demos
Spotlight Activities
A 15-minute guided experience at a scheduled time
Example: Trivia competitions, live challenges, performances

March 3 - April 13
- March 3-9 - Planning Meeting #1 + Club outreach
- March 17-23 - Planning Meeting #2 (in-person)
- March 30 - Activity submission deadline
- March 31 - April 6 - Final coordination

- 5:00 PM - Setup begins
- 6:00 PM - Doors open + Food + Background activities
