Hurricane Hackathon
A 24-hour team-building, prototype-shipping, finals-week-fueling sprint — and the first of an annual TU tradition.
About the event
Need a quick win before finals week? Addicted to high-energy bursts of creativity? Then bring your team to design, prototype, and demonstrate a working project in a single 24-hour sprint at the first inaugural Hurricane Hackathon at TU!
Don't know how to code? No problem! You'll get access to mentors, workshops on vibe engineering and design thinking, and a chance to compete for over $1,000 in prizes. Teams form on Saturday morning and demo a working product on Sunday.
Help us lay the groundwork for an annual TU hackathon tradition that will grow over time. Open to TU students only. Sponsored by The University of Tulsa's College of Engineering and Computer Science.
